Thank you to everyone who visited Brenton at PACK EXPO International 2026 in Chicago. We enjoyed reconnecting with customers, meeting new faces, and talking through the packaging challenges shaping your next projects.
In our booth, the M2000 Side Load Case Packer and RL1000 Robotic Layer Palletizer operated as one connected packaging line. Together, they demonstrated how coordinated case packing and palletizing can help manufacturers move products from individual packages to completed pallet loads.
If you missed the demonstration or want another look at the equipment, here’s a recap of the solutions we featured.
FEATURED SHOW MACHINE
M2000 Side Load Case Packer

The M2000 demonstrated the flexibility manufacturers need to accommodate different products and case formats within their packaging operations.
This all servo driven, intermittent motion case packer handles wraparound, knockdown, and regular slotted cases, along with trays, for products including cartons, bottles, cans, and tubs.
Designed with operators and maintenance teams in mind, the M2000 features digital position indicators that report machine position to the HMI in real time. A fixed height case magazine and robotic setup arm support fast, repeatable changeovers, while distributed I/O simplifies wiring to help shorten installation.
At PACK EXPO, the M2000’s connection to the RL1000 showed how case packing can work as part of a coordinated system that carries product through the next stage of packaging.

FEATURED SHOW MACHINE
RL1000 Robotic Layer Palletizer

Working alongside the M2000, the RL1000 demonstrated robotic layer forming and palletizing built around product handling flexibility and load integrity.
The modular system operates at speeds up to six layers per minute and handles regular slotted, wraparound, lithographic, and display cases, as well as trays and wrapped product.
Rather than relying on vacuum tooling to lift product, the RL1000 supports each layer from underneath. This approach helps preserve case and load integrity when handling layers weighing up to 600 pounds.
Eight standard layouts accommodate single or dual sortation robot configurations, with sheet and dunnage handling options available to match different automation requirements.
